  • Cake-Off at MTSU!

    There was a charity cake-off at MTSU today, and I entered this little cake on behalf of Alpha Delta Pi.  All proceeds went to Haiti Earthquake Relief!

  • Amber’s 22nd Birthday

  • Velma’s Birthday

    Since my wonderful grandmother and I took our decorating classes together, we often join forces to make cakes for both of our friends.  This particular cake was for her friend Velma’s birthday!

  • Charity Event

    This was a set up for MTSU’s Up ‘Til Dawn annual event that benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  I have to be honest… we made way too many cupcakes for me to make on my own! I had two great helpers, Katie and Wes!
